– Baked baby oyster with hollandaise sauce and red lumpfish caviar

Main Course

– Ninh Binh goat curry, served with bread or steamed rice
– Grilled US beef tenderloin with fondant potato, baby carrot, sauteed mushroom, served with sauce with flavors of red wine and local spices

  • Reservation: All reservations should be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • Cancellation: 

– Up to 48 hours before the picnic: free of charge

– Between 48 to 24 hours before the picnic: 50% charge

– Within 24 hours before the picnic: 100% charge

  • Bad weather: If the weather does not permit, the service will be postponed and rescheduled if possible
