How to find us
Tam Coc Garden is partially named after the ideal place in which it lies, the Tam Coc area, an exceptional natural site also known as "Halong Bay on land".
A 100km long journey, equivalent to a two-hour trip by car separates Hanoi from Tam Coc. Alternatively, the easily accessible Ninh Binh train station also allows travelers to discover this unique place.
Covering an area of 6000m2, Tam Coc Garden is located within a beautifully preserved natural setting, nestled between rice paddies and limestone peaks. Bubbling streams, bamboo groves, large fruit trees and a vegetable garden, typical of a Tonkinese landscape, form the natural setting of this place and will surely inspire freedom of the soul and complete relaxation.
Please do not confuse Tam Coc Garden with other hotels in the area
These days, an increasing number of worldwide travelers coming to Vietnam have chosen to stay in Ninh Binh. They look for the renowned Trang An Landscape complex which was inscribed as a UNESCO's World Heritage site.
As a result, a lot of new accommodations have been built in the area including Tam Coc Garden Homestay and Tam Coc Garden Boutique that are using almost the same name as ours and are located in the same neighborhood as our ecolodge, which might lead our guests to confusion.
Please note that there is no connection between Tam Coc Garden & these two establishments.
Tam Coc Garden is well-known among travelers for featuring the unique charm of a spectacular surrounding & a high-quality service provided by a young & devoted team.
It is also privileged to be considered as a pioneer institution in the area because it has been supporting the local population and minimising the negative impact on the environment. In fact, we are strongly committed to pursuing sustainability in tourism and encouraging others to do the same.
How to reach the right Tam Coc Garden ?
Our ecolodge is located in the area that remains nearly intact. To reach Tam Coc Garden, you pass by the main route which is usually chaotic & full of activities near the local pier.
Leave the main street then turn left just before Bich Dong pagoda. Keep going for 2km and you will see on the right side Tam Coc Garden’s restaurant which seems to rise above the river. Our hotel is situated on a mound in the middle of the river and is connected to the main route via a small pathway.
To help you notice the turning point, we have placed a sign board at the entrance of the small pathway leading to Tam Coc Garden.
